Desire to promote a relaxation from everyday stressful life and our passion to tradition has driven us to evolve the project “Agricultural Village” Dubrovnik. In order to meet requirements of each customer, we paid attention to unique details of traditional architecture, cuisine and a green oasis. The project is visually and functionally designed in three parts.
The central village square is surrounded by following accommodations and facilities:
There are two traditional houses with 10 accommodation units in total. Each of these has living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and common area.
In the basement, there are housekeeper rooms, laundry and other facilities necessary in order to provide the best service to our guests.
Dinning area has a tavern with ethnic museum, wine cellar, reception, small traditional house with an indoor fireplace, barbecue and outdoor furnishing.
The stress relief segment within the complex offers fitness and wellness area with organized indoor and outdoor recreation such as steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor sundecks.
A chapel is located at the upper part of the complex together with recreation area that includes a playground for traditional Dalmatian game called “Balote”. In order to complete the impressions of traditional village, magnificent viewpoint is located at the far top edge of the village.
